Light burned magnesium powder is an important refractory material. Light burned magnesium oxide powder is a raw material with medium alkalinity and chemical activity. The preparation of lightly burned magnesium balls involves adding 80% lightly burned magnesium powder to 2O water, placing it in a mixer for rolling, stirring, and mixing for 15 to 2 minutes to form a mixture. Necessity of improving the production process of lightly burned magnesium balls


After years of production practice, our factory has produced light burned magnesium ball products according to the above preparation process, and the quality of the products has the following problems.


1) The sphere is loose. Low density, low strength, and easy to break. Especially during loading, unloading, transportation, squeezing, and falling, the ball is prone to breakage.


2) Low balling rate. After the raw materials are processed by the ball pressing machine, half are products and half are powder particles. The powder particles need to be manually returned to the ball pressing machine for further processing.


3) The user is not satisfied. The products sold contain a mixture of 20% - 35% small particles and powder particles, which users have repeatedly raised objections to.


4) The shape of the sphere is incomplete. Some are half balls, some are one-third balls, and some have missing corners, varying shapes, matt surfaces, and poor appearance.
